1Why should you book with us?

Traveling is best enjoyed when you need not worry about a thing. Here at Tahan Holidays we dedicate ourselves to making your trip hassle free for you. From the time you choose your destination, all you have to do is get in contact with us and let us know your tastes and expectations. We will handle the rest. If you are the tech savvy, insta-famous or intrepid traveler wanting to see the latest KOL or Insta-famous spots around the globe and want the most out of flexibility in your travels, our highly customizable services are available at the tip of your fingertips.

2Can we work with your budget?

Yes, we can work within any and all realistic budgets when given a budget. An honest sharing of ideas and goals from you will help us immensely in making recommendations and suggestions for your travel plans.

3Quotations. Are they chargeable?

Quotations for vacation planning services are free. As the travel vendors involved recognize our company value and compensate us from the gross amount paid to them - something you would have paid even without our assistance. For more complicated international itineraries that require custom crafting and significant involvement of our international on-location partners, we will need to make a request for an "intent to travel deposit" to begin the process. This deposit will be applied to the reservations that are made on your behalf.

4Is travel insurance needed?

Travel insurance is recommended to protect you and your travel investment. Trips such as tours and cruises usually involve non-refundable funds paid months in advance. Thus travel insurance protects you from losing the amount paid in case of an emergency. Perhaps even more important is the 'during travel' coverage and assistance that will come in handy as soon as your travel date arrives. Trip interruption due to illness or unforeseen circumstances can be very expensive and medical care abroad is often not covered by domestic insurance plans.

5Where can my itinerary be found once booked with us?

All itineraries booked with Tahan Holidays are available on our website or app. It will include all the information of your trip and specific booking reservation code.

6How do I cancel a trip?

Firstly, get in contact with us right away. Normal business days and hours do apply. If it's after normal business hours, please contact the next involved travel suppliers like airline, hotel, tour operator, cruise line etc. to cancel any reservations you will not be able to utilize. If you have purchased travel insurance, it is recommended to contact the insurance company's hotline to start the cancellation process and ensure your maximum refund.
